  13. This is an electronic encyclopedia in a text format that can be viewed by:

  15. 1).  Loading the file PENC.TXT from this directory using your favorite
  16.      word processor
  17.  
  18. 2).  Using the program called LIST included in your Utility Collection
  19.  
  20. 3).  Typing TYPE PENC.TXT | MORE (press ENTER)
  21.      Note:  this is a lengthy process that can be stopped anytime by
  22.      pressing CTRL and BREAK at the same time
